Peace Love and Vegetables Organic Superkraut Kim Chi is a raw, unpasteurised kimchi-style kraut with a warm chilli heat. Cabbage, carrot and sweet potato are spiced with ginger, onion, turmeric, cayenne pepper, garlic and black pepper, then fermented with a culture starter. Certified organic by ACO, it is delicious served cold with rice, eggs, noodles, salads or roast vegetables.
