Owen Homoeopathics Sepia 6C is a traditional homeopathic remedy made from the ink of the cuttlefish (Sepia officinalis), prepared to the 6C potency. Considered predominantly a women's remedy, Sepia is traditionally used in home prescribing to address hormonal imbalances, exhaustion from overwork, and emotional states characterised by indifference, irritability and weakness. This remedy is thought to support menstrual regularity, ease hot flushes and headaches at menopause, and promote emotional resilience in women who feel worn down by responsibility.
