Orthoplex White SarcoCare is a dark chocolate flavoured oral powder that combines calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate monohydrate, better known as calcium HMB, with creatine monohydrate in a pea protein base. It is the 700 g Dark Chocolate tub, which is dosed as two level scoops of approximately 13 g each, giving a 26 g dose. Bio Concepts positions SarcoCare for maintaining muscle mass and strength in ageing adults and during resistance training.

- Creatine is used by muscle to supply energy during short bursts of high intensity exercise.

Suggested Use
