Orthoplex PreGaba is a practitioner-only capsule from Bio Concepts. It supplies glutamine and taurine together with activated vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate and chelated zinc. The formula was originally sold under the Pure Innovation name and is now made by Bio Concepts as Orthoplex PreGaba. It is the 90 capsule pack. Glutamine is the precursor the body converts to GABA, the main calming neurotransmitter, and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate is the cofactor for that conversion, which is what Bio Concepts built the formula around.
