Orthoplex Mito Maintain is a practitioner-only capsule from Bio Concepts, combining ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10) and levocarnitine with a full complement of activated B vitamins plus zinc and selenium. It is a second-generation formulation built around a twice-daily capsule, so a full daily dose delivers 150 mg of ubidecarenone and 1 g of levocarnitine. It is the 60 capsule pack.

Warnings
Large capsule. Swallow with a glass of water. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. This medicine contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
