Ora Cellular Longevity Complex is a daily antioxidant capsule pairing broccoli sprout powder, equivalent to 2.4 g of fresh sprout, with Nigella sativa seed extract equivalent to 1 g of dry seed, plus selenium, zinc, iodine, boron, biotin, folinic acid, mecobalamin, activated vitamin B6 and vitamin D3. The two capsule adult dose gives selenium 120 micrograms, zinc 25 mg, iodine 200 micrograms and vitamin D3 1,000 IU. It helps reduce free radical damage to body cells and helps maintain skin, hair and nail health, and the pack holds 60 capsules, a 30 day supply.
