High Protein Shake RTD

Optimum Nutrition High Protein Shake is a ready-to-drink dairy protein shake in a 375 mL bottle. Each bottle is a single serve and carries 30 g of protein from a blend of milk solids, sodium caseinate and milk protein concentrate, with inulin added as a source of dietary fibre. It comes as the four 375 mL single-bottle flavours: Banana, Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla. The bottle is the reason to buy it: one goes in a bag for the drive home from training, or sits in the fridge as a high protein snack, with nothing to mix and nothing to wash up.

Suggested Use

Shake well before use and enjoy chilled. Drink as a protein serve after training, between meals or whenever a ready-made option suits the day.
