Description
Optimum Nutrition Glutamine Powder is pure unflavoured L-glutamine, instantised so it disperses in water rather than clumping. Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in skeletal muscle, and because this powder has no flavour, colour or sweetener it stacks into a protein shake or any other drink without changing the taste. It is the 1 kg tub.
