Description
Amped is Optimum Nutrition's high-stimulant pre-workout. Each three-scoop serve carries 6 grams of micronised L-citrulline, 3.5 grams of beta-alanine and 300 mg of caffeine, with a spearmint-derived nootropic extract and an electrolyte blend. It is a strong serve, so read the caffeine warning below before you use it. It comes as three flavours: Berry Fusion, Citrus Mango and Tropical Fury.

- Made up before a session, contributing 300 mg of caffeine to the day's intake, so other sources should be counted with it.
- Each serve also adds vitamin C and vitamin D to the day's intake.

Suggested Use
Mix three scoops (18 g) into 300 to 355 mL of cold water and stir or shake for 30 seconds until dissolved. Drink 15 to 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed one serve in 24 hours. Confirm serving and directions from product label.
