Optimal Rx Nervine Calm is a herbal and nutrient tablet with Withania, Ziziphus, St John's Wort, lavender and lemon balm plus vitamin C and vitamin B5, 60 tablets to the bottle. It is a practitioner-only product.

Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; anyone avoiding lactose, because the tablet contains lactose; and anyone taking prescription medicines, including the oral contraceptive pill, who has not first checked with their healthcare practitioner, because the tablet contains St John's Wort.

Each tablet contains Withania somnifera dry extract 96 mg (from 1.2 g dry root), Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa dry extract 90 mg (from 900 mg dry seed), Hypericum perforatum (St John's Wort) dry extract 133.33 mg (from 800 mg dry herb), Lavandula angustifolia dry extract 100 mg (from 400 mg dry flower), Melissa officinalis dry extract 76.92 mg (from 500 mg dry herb), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 250 mg and calcium pantothenate 55 mg (equivalent to pantothenic acid 50 mg).
