Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy plus Electrolytes Sparkling is a ready-to-drink carbonated can built on a 5 gram amino acid blend, 100 mg of caffeine from tea leaf and coffee bean, and an electrolyte mineral blend, with no sugar. It is the 355 mL can across the flavour range: Blueberry Lemonade, Grape, Green Apple, Mango Pinelime, Strawberry, Tropical Sunrise, Watermelon, Berry Burst, Orange Blast and Peach Bellini. Cold from the fridge, the can is the mid-afternoon or pre-session drink for someone who would otherwise buy an energy drink, with no sugar in it and nothing to mix.
