OMGhee Australian Organic Grass-fed Ghee is a premium, small-batch clarified butter made from certified organic, grass-fed Australian butter. It is traditionally slow-cooked for around 7 hours to create a rich, golden ghee with enhanced flavour and nutritional profile.
This pure ghee is designed as a healthier alternative to butter and cooking oils, offering a clean, stable fat suitable for everyday cooking. It is naturally free from lactose and milk solids, making it easier to digest while delivering a rich, buttery taste
