Nutrivital Menopause Cool & Calm is a herbal formula that brings together sage, ziziphus, bupleurum and chaste tree (Vitex) in a convenient capsule. It draws on both Western herbal medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine traditions to support women through menopause.

- Sage (Salvia officinalis), traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve night sweats associated with menopause
- Ziziphus, traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to help relieve sleeplessness and calm the spirit
- Bupleurum, traditionally used in Chinese Medicine for cooling the body
- Includes Vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree)
