NutriVital Bio-fermented Turmeric combines papaya, ginger and black pepper that undergo a fermentation process. Food fermentation is an age-old process that utilises bacteria and other microbes to act on food components through enzyme conversion. Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species are utilized during the fermentation process. Bio-fermented turmeric, ginger and black pepper concentrate can be mixed for a refreshing drink.
