Nutrition Care Tasty C + D3 Chewables carry 500 mg of vitamin C per orange flavoured tablet, from sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid and calcium ascorbate, with zinc 3.5 mg, quercetin 20 mg and vitamin D3 100 IU. They are chewed rather than swallowed and the pack is 60 tablets in a glass bottle.
