Nutrition Care MethylActive B is a hard capsule carrying eight B group vitamins in their activated forms, with inositol 100 mg and choline bitartrate 100 mg alongside them. Folate is levomefolate calcium 541 micrograms and vitamin B12 is mecobalamin 500 micrograms; the shell is hypromellose and carrageenan, and the pack is 60 capsules.
