Nutrition Care B Active Ultra is a one a day hard capsule holding eight B group vitamins, with riboflavin as riboflavin sodium phosphate, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate, folate as levomefolate calcium and vitamin B12 as mecobalamin.
