Nutrition Care Activated Muscleback is an oral powder that carries 400 mg of magnesium per 9 g dose across four magnesium salts, glycinate, ascorbate, orotate and aspartate, alongside taurine 1 g, glutamine 500 mg, acetyl levocarnitine and a full activated B group with zinc, selenium, chromium and vitamin D3. The pack holds 270 g and the scoop is measured so that two level scoops make the 9 g dose.
