Directions for Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Storage
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place.
Cautions
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal under cap is broken or missing. Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant, or likely to become pregnant. In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver; stop use and consult a doctor if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. If symptoms persist, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Contains sulfites.
