Collagen Beauty Watermelon Strawberry is a flavoured bovine collagen powder from Nutra Organics, combining hydrolysed collagen peptides with VERISOL® bioactive collagen peptides and wholefood sources of vitamin C, zinc and silica. Strawberry makes up 14% of the blend, with lime and beetroot behind it and monk fruit for sweetness, so it dissolves into plain water, a smoothie or a juice without added sugar. It is taken once a day as part of a skin, hair and nails routine: it contains vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation in skin, and 1.8 mg of zinc per serve, which contributes to the normal structure of skin and to the maintenance of hair and nails.
