Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Liquid is a concentrated fish oil supplement providing EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids in a convenient liquid form. This product is made from sustainably harvested wild-caught fish and contains vitamin D3.

Ingredients
Per 5mL (1 teaspoon) serving: Fish oil (wild-caught) providing eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 745mg and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 500mg, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 400 IU (10 micrograms), rosemary antioxidant, lemon flavouring, and other ingredients. Contains fish - not suitable for those with fish allergies.

Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5mL) daily, preferably with food. May be taken neat or added to juice or yogurt. Use as directed by a healthcare professional.
