Description
Nordic Naturals Baby's DHA Cod Liver Oil is an unflavoured liquid omega-3 for babies, made from 100% wild Arctic cod liver oil in the triglyceride form. The 60 mL glass bottle comes with a marked dropper so the amount can be measured and added to formula or food, and it holds 60 servings of 1 mL. Each 1 mL serving provides 210 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 97 mg is DHA and 70 mg is EPA, along with 34 mcg of naturally occurring vitamin A from the cod liver oil. The amount given is set by the baby's weight, not by age. DHA is the omega-3 an infant lays down in the brain, the eye and the nervous system during the first years, and It comes in an amount set by the baby's weight.
