Nature's Way Adult Vita Gummies Omega-3 is a fruit flavoured soft pastille built on concentrated fish oil, with the long chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA declared per pastille. EPA and DHA are obtained from the diet, and this is for adults adding them when oily fish is not eaten regularly.
