Nature's Way Kids Smart Omega-3 Fish Oil is a strawberry flavoured soft capsule that bursts when a child chews it, holding natural fish oil rich in the long chain omega-3 DHA. For a younger child the tail twists off so the oil can be squeezed straight onto food. It gives children from 1 year a daily source of DHA and EPA, omega-3 fatty acids the body cannot make for itself, on the days when fish is not on the menu.
