Nature's Way Hair Growth Support Gummies are peach flavoured soft gummies carrying eight nutrients, built around biotin at 2 mg a gummie with zinc, vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin E, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 alongside it. Adults and teenagers take two a day. Biotin and zinc are among the nutrients the body draws on in the normal maintenance of hair, and this is a way of taking them when dietary intake is inadequate.
