Nature's Way Glucosamine + Fish Oil is a soft capsule carrying 500 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride alongside 500 mg of natural fish oil, so both sit in one capsule rather than two separate products. Glucosamine is a compound that occurs naturally in the cartilage that cushions joints, and the fish oil yields 150 mg of omega-3 marine triglycerides as EPA and DHA. Adults take three capsules a day with food.
