Nature's Sunshine Red Clover is a single herb capsule of Trifolium pratense flower, 320 mg in each capsule and 640 mg across the two capsule serve, in a bottle of 100. Red clover flowers are one of the better known plant sources of isoflavones, the same family of compounds found in soy. Red clover flower has a long history of use in Western herbal medicine, and this is the powdered flower taken as a capsule with meals.
