Description
Nature's Sunshine Gotu Kola carries 425 mg of Centella asiatica (gotu kola) herb powder in every capsule, with no other active ingredient. Also known as pennywort, gotu kola is a small creeping plant of wetland margins across Asia. Despite the name it contains neither caffeine nor cola. In Ayurveda it is classed as a medhya rasayana, a herb directed at the mind, and it is also used in Chinese herbal medicine. This formula uses the powdered aerial herb rather than a concentrated extract. Supplied as a bottle of 100 hard capsules.
