Nature's Sunshine Fenugreek is a single-herb capsule carrying 529 mg of Trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) seed powder in every capsule, with no other active ingredient. Fenugreek seed has a long record of use in Western herbal medicine, and this Australian-listed formula presents the powdered whole seed rather than a concentrated extract.
