Nature's Sunshine Boswellia 2000 is an Australian-listed herbal tablet built around a standardised extract of Boswellia serrata gum oleoresin, the aromatic resin of the Indian frankincense tree. Each film-coated tablet supplies 400 mg of gum oleoresin extract dry concentrate, equivalent to 2 g of dry gum oleoresin, standardised for its boswellic acid content. Boswellia has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine, and this pack holds 90 tablets, a month at the labelled adult dose.
