Nature's Sunshine Black Cohosh provides 525mg of Actaea racemosa root powder in each capsule. Black cohosh is a North American woodland plant whose root has a long history in Western herbal medicine, and this is a plain single-herb preparation of the milled root. The bottle holds 100 capsules, which at the recommended two a day is about 50 days.
