This is a pair of reusable fabric wraps made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, for use with castor oil: a waist wrap measuring 50 cm by 22 cm and a neck wrap measuring 53 cm by 9 cm.

Use as a reusable wrap with castor oil, following the pack. Wash and reuse.

WAIST WRAP:
Apply oil to the white lining side of the pack and wrap it around your body. Gently place the heating pad into the front soft pouch, if necessary.
Use the elastic straps to wrap around your area to be treated and secure in place using the button & loop closure at the back of the pack.
Adjust the straps to create an optimal length for your body size. Leave it on for 45 minutes to 1 hour and allow the castor oil to nourish your body.
Remove the pack and wipe the area clean with a warm damp towel.
NECK WRAP:
Apply oil to the white lining of the neck wrap and customise the fit using the provided Velcro for added comfort.
Keep it on for 45 minutes to 1 hour, then remove and clean the area with a warm, damp towel.
