This is a reusable fabric wrap made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, for use with castor oil. The waist wrap measures 50 cm by 22 cm.

Use as a reusable wrap with castor oil, following the pack. Wash and reuse.

Prepare the Wrap:
Lay the waist wrap on a clean, flat surface. Pour a generous amount of organic castor oil onto the wrap, ensuring it is evenly distributed but not overly saturated.
Application:
Place the oil-soaked wrap directly onto your abdominal area. Cover the wrap with a plastic sheet or wrap to prevent any oil leakage. Secure the castor oil pack in place using a towel or another piece of cloth.
Relax and Absorb:
Lie down comfortably, ideally with a heating pad or hot water bottle placed over the castor oil pack to enhance absorption. Relax for 45 minutes to an hour, allowing the castor oil to penetrate deeply into your skin.
Cleanup:
Remove the wrap and clean your skin with a mild soap or baking soda to remove any residual oil. Store the castor oil pack wrap in a sealed container or plastic bag for future use.
