Natures Farmer Sea Irish Sea Moss Capsules hold Chondrus crispus, a red seaweed dried to a powder, in a plant based pullulan capsule, with nothing else in the bottle. The capsule format means there is no ocean taste to get past, so sea moss is easy to fit into an adult's day: one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, with food. Each bottle holds 60 capsules, a 30 day supply.
