Description
Naked Tallow Calendula Healing Balm is a firm, rich balm of grass-fed beef tallow and beeswax, with calendula infused extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed hemp seed oil and vitamin E. The calendula infused olive oil gives the balm its colour and its name, and the beeswax sets it harder than the whipped creams in the range. Keep the 100 g aluminium tin handy for dry skin on hands, elbows, knees, lips and feet.
Product Strengths
- A firm balm for dry skin on hands, elbows, knees, lips and feet.
- Grass-fed beef tallow with beeswax, which sets it harder than the whipped creams in the range.
- Calendula infused extra virgin olive oil, which gives the balm its colour and its name.
- Cold pressed hemp seed oil and vitamin E.
- Comes as the 100 g aluminium tin.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults who want a thick balm for dry patches.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; anyone allergic to bee products, since it contains beeswax; vegans and anyone avoiding animal derived ingredients, since it is made from beef tallow and beeswax; use in or around the eyes.
Ingredients
- Grass-fed and grass-finished beef tallow.
- Beeswax.
- Cold pressed hemp seed oil.
- Calendula infused extra virgin olive oil.
- Vitamin E.
Suggested Use
Warm a small amount between clean fingers until it softens, then press it into dry areas. It is firmer than a cream, so it takes a moment to melt.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, with the lid on. Tallow softens in the heat and firms again as it cools, so the texture varies a little with the weather and between batches.
Warnings
For external use only. Keep it away from the eyes. Patch test on a small area of skin before first use, and stop using it if irritation develops.
Allergens
Contains beef tallow, an animal derived ingredient, and beeswax, a bee product. No fragrance allergens are declared on the ingredient list. The list is written in common ingredient names and carries no allergen declaration, so that is not a statement that none are present. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Disclaimer
For external use only. Keep it away from the eyes and rinse with water if contact occurs. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use, and stop using it if irritation develops. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. This information is general and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner.
