MyPause Health Women's Skin Support Plus is a raspberry flavoured powder in a 132 g tub, taken as one level scoop a day. Each 4.4 g scoop combines 3 g of hydrolysed marine collagen peptides with 500 mg nicotinamide, 150 mg sodium hyaluronate, 150 mg vitamin C and colloidal anhydrous silica. Mix it into water, add it to your favourite smoothie or sprinkle it over yoghurt. Contains fish products and sulfites.
