MyPause Health Women's Bone Support is a natural blueberry flavoured powder in a 210 g tub, taken as one scoop a day. Each serve combines 5 g of FORTIBONE hydrolysed collagen with hydroxyapatite providing 290 mg of calcium, plus boron, silicon, vitamin D3 at 25 micrograms (1,000 IU) and vitamin K2 as menaquinone 7 at 180 micrograms. Mix it into water, a smoothie or yoghurt for an easy daily scoop.
