MyPause Health Sleep Assist is a capsule with three herbal actives, hops (Humulus lupulus), valerian (Valeriana officinalis) and lavender oil, with 60 capsules to the pack. Each capsule holds a 50 mg hops extract from 500 mg of dry fruit, a 150 mg valerian extract from 1.5 g of dry root, and 27 mg of lavender oil. Adults take one capsule after the evening meal and one half an hour before bed, with water.
