Description
Bone broth is high in collagen and is a wonderful, traditional source of collagen, calcium, minerals + more.
Collagen Bone Broth is a high collagen, small batch bone broth containing nothing but grass-fed bovine collagen peptides, calcium, magnesium and other minerals and nutrients.
Bone broth has dozens of traditional use benefits. We especially love to use Collagen Bone Broth in cooking (think rice, pasta, baked dishes) to increase the levels of collagen, protein and nutrition of almost any dish.
Kids and adults can benefit from using Collagen Bone Broth as a way to increase collagen, protein and nutrient intake.
It's ultra-absorbable, easy to digest and mixes very well in warm and hot liquid.
How It Work?
Collagen Bone Broth contains key amino acids important in the repair and healthy growth of skin, bones, joints and lean tissue.
Traditionally, collagen was an important part of the diet. However, as our time demands increased, and our food culture changed and collagen disappeared from our diets.
Collagen Bone Broth helps busy people add a carefully sourced, high-quality form of collagen and nutrients into their cooking or hot drinks quickly and easily with no taste.

Collagen
Your skin, joints and tendons are mostly collagen, and you make less of it as you age.
That's why people start taking it, usually for skin or for joints that ache after exercise. What you swallow gets broken down into short peptides first. You're not eating collagen and putting it straight on your face.

Is Collagen right for you?
How the forms compare
Common questions
Does collagen actually do anything?
The strongest evidence is for skin. A meta-analysis pooling 26 randomised trials in 1,721 people found instrument-measured hydration and elasticity improved with hydrolysed collagen. The same reviewers flagged several biases in those trials and asked for larger studies, so treat it as promising rather than settled, and give it months.
Marine or bovine collagen. Which should I choose?
Marine collagen comes from fish skin and is almost entirely type I, the type that dominates skin, and published source comparisons rate its bioavailability higher. Bovine collagen supplies types I and III and usually costs less per gram. If you have a fish allergy, marine is out; if you avoid beef, bovine is out.
How long does collagen take to work?
Most published trials ran eight to twelve weeks before measuring skin outcomes, so that is a fair window to judge it over. Anything promising a visible change in days is describing hydration from the liquid, not new collagen. Take it daily rather than occasionally, since the trials dosed every day.
Is vegan collagen real collagen?
No. Every genuine collagen supplement is animal-derived, from cow hide, fish skin, pork or chicken cartilage. Products sold as vegan collagen contain no collagen; they supply amino acids plus cofactors such as vitamin C, which the body needs to build collagen itself. That is a different product, and worth reading as one.
