Formulated Supplementary Sports Food. Methyl Folate is the active form of Vitamin B9, commonly known as L-Methylenetetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF).
- Easy drop dosing to allow titration of dose.
- Each one drop delivers 100 mcg active folate.
- Pleasant tasting drops which means they can be dropped straight into the mouth, added to food or drinks.
- Levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) is involved in methylation reactions.
- L-5-MTHF is a key methyl donor.
- L-5-MTHF is involved in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine.
