MTHFR Clinical Starter B is a simple B group vitamin capsule with six B vitamins: thiamine, riboflavin, niacin as nicotinamide, pantothenic acid as calcium pantothenate, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate, and biotin. It contains no folate and no vitamin B12, which makes it a straightforward choice if you want a B complex without them. Take one capsule daily with water after breakfast, with 60 capsules to the pack.
