Martin & Pleasance Sleep Relief Spray

Martin & Pleasance Sleep Relief Spray is a homoeopathic oral spray that combines homoeopathically prepared plant and mineral ingredients with two Schuessler tissue salts. It carries equal parts of Valeriana officinalis 6X, Passiflora incarnata 4X, Avena sativa 4X, Coffea 12X and Zincum valerianicum, with the tissue salts Mag Phos 6X and Kali Phos 6X. It comes in a small pump bottle rather than a dropper, so there is nothing to count out or measure: simply spray under the tongue.

The potencies on the pack use the decimal notation. 6X means the starting material has been diluted one part in ten and shaken, six times over; 12X means twelve such steps. Every ingredient is present in equal parts.

It is sprayed under the tongue rather than swallowed with water, which suits anyone who would rather not take a tablet, and the pack sets separate doses for adults and for children aged two to twelve.

Suggested Use

One dose is four sprays for adults, and two sprays for children aged two to twelve.

Acute dose: take one dose every 30 minutes until symptoms subside, up to four doses, then continue on the maintenance dose of one dose four times a day. Do not exceed eight doses in a day.

Maintenance dose: take one dose four times daily.

Spray under the tongue. For best results take it ten minutes away from food or cleaning your teeth.
