Martin & Pleasance Restless Legs Relief Spray

This is a 25 mL oral spray from Martin & Pleasance's homoeopathic complex range, prepared by the traditional homoeopathic methods the Melbourne house has used since 1855 and formulated with Schuessler tissue salts alongside the homoeopathic preparations. It carries equal parts of Arsenicum album 6C, Rhus toxicodendron 6X, Causticum 12C, Lycopodium 6C and Zincum metallicum 12C, with the tissue salts Mag Phos 6X and Calc Phos 6X. The notation is the dilution scale: 6X means one part in ten, repeated six times, and 6C one part in a hundred, repeated six times. It is a small bottle sprayed under the tongue away from food, so it sits on a bedside table or goes in an overnight bag without needing water.

Suggested Use
