Fresh Start is a ten day pack from Martin & Pleasance, the Melbourne natural medicine house that has been trading since 1855. Inside are two homoeopathic oral liquids, a 200 mL bottle of Liver Elixir and a 50 mL bottle of Habit Relief drops, along with a measuring cup and the program booklet. Both liquids are prepared by traditional homoeopathic methods, both include Schuessler tissue salts among their actives, and both sit in a base of purified water, vegetable glycerine and ethanol. It is built as a ten day routine you run at home: the Elixir is measured into water twice a day and sipped through the day, and the drops are taken four times a day until the bottles are finished.

Suggested Use
