Description
Martin & Pleasance Arnica Herbal Cream is a cream to keep in the first aid drawer. Every gram carries 100 microlitres of Arnica montana flower liquid extract, equivalent to 20 mg of dried arnica flower, in a light base of rice bran oil, castor oil, glycerol and beeswax. It is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve the symptoms of muscle injury, to help the healing of bruises and to relieve mild joint pain and swelling; massage it in three times a day after a knock, a heavy session or a long day on your feet.
Product Strengths

- Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve mild joint pain and mild joint inflammation.
- High herb loading: 100 microlitres of arnica flower liquid extract per gram, equivalent to 20 mg of dried flower per gram.
- A base of rice bran and castor oils, glycerol and beeswax.
- A cream rather than a gel, so it massages in and stays where you put it.
- It comes in 20 g, 75 g and 100 g.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Topical use on unbroken skin, in a first aid kit, a gym bag or a sports bag.
Not suitable for: Use on broken skin, and anyone avoiding beeswax or ethanol.

Other ingredients: carnauba wax, castor oil, cetearyl glucoside, cetostearyl alcohol, citric acid monohydrate, gluconolactone, glycerol, glyceryl caprylate, hydrogenated castor oil, medium chain triglycerides, p-anisic acid, purified water, rice bran oil, self-emulsifying glyceryl monostearate, sodium hydroxide, sodium stearoyl glutamate, white beeswax and xanthan gum. Contains ethanol.
Allergens
No food allergens are declared. It contains white beeswax, so it is not suitable for vegans, and it contains ethanol. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Suggested Use
Massage a moderate amount into the affected area three times daily. For external use on unbroken skin only.
Storage
Store below 30 degrees C, away from direct sunlight.
