Description
Morlife Chia Seeds are whole certified organic chia (Salvia hispanica) in a 1 kg resealable pouch, with nothing added. The seeds have almost no flavour of their own, so they disappear into porridge, yoghurt, smoothies and baking, and they absorb many times their weight in liquid, which is why they thicken a drink and set into a gel if you leave them to stand. The seeds are grown in Paraguay and packed in Australia, and they are certified organic by ACO Certification Ltd.

Disclaimer
This product is a food and is not a medicine. It is intended to be used as part of a healthy, varied diet and is not a substitute for one. Chia seeds swell and form a gel when they meet liquid, so soak them or take them with plenty of fluid rather than swallowing them dry, and drink plenty of water across the day. People with a swallowing difficulty or a narrowing of the oesophagus should take particular care. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, speak with your healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. This information is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional advice.
