Morlife Alkalising Greens Berry Burst is a berry flavoured greens powder built on a blend of 20 greens, fruits and vegetables making up 48% of the formula, among them apple, pineapple, pear, raspberry, acai, alfalfa, broccoli sprout, chlorella, spirulina, kale, spinach and matcha green tea. Around that sit magnesium, potassium and calcium citrates, glutamine and other amino acids, ten herbal extracts, prebiotic fibre from apple and acacia, four probiotic strains and a spread of vitamins and minerals. It is a formulated supplementary sports food: stir a 10 g serve into chilled water, juice, a smoothie or yoghurt, up to twice a day, alongside a varied diet and an exercise program.
