Directions for Use

Squeeze Moothpaste onto your toothbrush, or use just a tiny smear for children under 6. Hold your brush at a 45° angle toward your gums and brush gently in small circles for approximately two minutes. After brushing, spit out the toothpaste but do not rinse straight away — allowing the minerals to keep working to strengthen and protect your teeth. Wait 20–30 minutes before eating or drinking for best results. Brush twice daily. Replace your toothbrush every three months or when bristles begin to fray.
