Macro Mike Protein White Hot Chocolate is a creamy white chocolate flavoured drinking powder made on almond protein and coconut milk powder, with faba bean protein, coconut nectar, erythritol and monk fruit extract, plus the probiotic Lactospore (Bacillus coagulans). Common questions
What's the difference between almond meal and almond flour?
Meal is usually ground with the skins left on, so it's coarser and flecked brown. Flour is normally made from blanched almonds with the skins removed, so it's finer and paler. Recipes often use the names interchangeably, and either works in most baking. Check the pack if the colour or texture of the finished thing matters to you.
Are almonds regulated as a medicine in Australia?
Almond is a permitted ingredient in listed medicines, as item 476 of the Permissible Ingredients Determination, where it's used as an excipient. But almonds sold as food, whole, meal, butter, oil or milk, sit under food standards law instead, not the medicines framework. No almond-specific permitted indication was found.
