Mister Jones Sleep Tight is an evening film coated tablet built on magnesium glycinate with zinc citrate, plus herbal extracts of Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) and Piper nigrum (black pepper). It is an adults only tablet that is easy to fit into your evening: simply take it with water before bed.
