Lemon balm is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a nervous system relaxant to induce sleep, relieve restlessness, and alleviate symptoms of stress. Black pepper is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy digestive system function and to enhance bioavailability and absorption of certain nutrients. Zinc helps to maintain skin health, immune system function, and to fight illness. Magnesium supports muscle relaxation, bone health, and nervous system function. Vitamin B6 helps maintain general health and well-being.
